Cancellation
You can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund if no files have been downloaded.

Refund
A full refund is available if there is a problem with the embroidery caused by digitizing process. A photo of the stitched design is required to review the issue and determine a solution.

Exchange
If you accidentally purchased multiple copies of the same design, we can exchange them for other designs.
